You may be asked to drop your equipment with us, so we can carry out work in our workshop.
As we are an direct organisation we do not have a public office, but we do have a place where you can safely leave your equipment for us to collect.
Dunham House is located close to the centre of Southwell and enables you to park whilst you drop off. You do not need to make an appointment, just do the following:-
Please label each item you leave with your name, address, telephone number and brief explanation of the problem.
Please contact us to let you know you have dropped off your equipment.
We will do the rest and acknowledge safe receipt.

Dunham House is located on Westgate opposite the Minster. To find the reception look for the Red BT phone box and pull through the gates. Drive around to the right and you will find the main reception
